BigoLive Account Activation Issue

I am an iOS user of Bigo Live and my account number is 1128802***. Two days ago, the photo editing and uploading feature on my account was blocked for one year with a warning about inappropriate behavior. I respect the platform rules and I am not asking for the restriction to be fully lifted. My only request is that my current profile picture be removed and replaced with a generic, rule‑compliant image set by Bigo Live, so that my profile does not display the current photo anymore. I kindly ask you to review my account and, without changing the duration or conditions of the restriction, remove my current profile picture and set a neutral default image that fully complies with Bigo Live’s community guidelines.
