About 2 months ago, I acquired the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-46H Gaming Laptop. It comes with impressive specifications, including an AMD Ryzen 6600 processor and a GTX 3050 graphics card. In games like League of Legends and Valorant, which have relatively low system requirements, I easily achieve over 200 FPS. However, I experience disruptive stutters and brief delays during gameplay, affecting the overall gaming experience.

Over the past few weeks, I have actively sought solutions to address this issue. I've scoured various forums, checked for updates, and even adjusted settings, but so far, success has eluded me. Despite my efforts, the situation remains unchanged, and the gaming experience has not improved.

Therefore, I am reaching out to the relevant individuals, hoping that they can address this problem. It would be very helpful if they could take a closer look at the situation and suggest possible solutions or troubleshooting steps.

"I am sharing the situation as of today, November 11. Vatan says that they do not have the model in stock, but they have a display product available. They say they can give it to me if I accept it. I did not accept it as a return or a display product. As my legal right, I requested an exact replacement, and if it's not in stock, an upgrade to a higher model. We communicated this to Vatan Computer via email. The manufacturer, Acer, did not accept this. The authorized service gives a legal decision for replacement in the RMA report, yet Acer does not accept it. When I emailed the authorized place, they told me to discuss it with your seller, the importer Index company. In other words, they are all avoiding responsibility and stalling through each other. Since these issues were not resolved, I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court today. I believe that the court will decide for an exact replacement. From now on, the court will be the party to deal with, and I will provide updates as the situation develops."

"Unfortunately, my device had a touchpad problem. HP customer service identified the issue via video and sent the DOA report by email. Although the company I bought it from caused a bit of trouble, my device was replaced with a new product. Thank you. I hope I don't encounter any problems again."
