Acer Nitro Lite Laptop Loses 25% Battery Life in 10 Days
I purchased an Acer Nitro Lite model laptop through N11. Just 10 days after receiving the product, I noticed the battery life had dropped by around 25%. I've used the device for both office work and gaming, but a battery decline this severe in such a short time is not acceptable.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I reached out to the seller through N11. I was told I needed to send the product to an authorized service center and get a report. I believe I've been wronged, since a brand-new product losing this much battery capacity within just 10 days is clearly unacceptable.
For this reason, I'm requesting a return of the product and a full refund of the amount I paid.
