I was introduced to 888Starz through someone on Telegram who claimed it was a very secure and professional site. They insisted that VIP purchases were handled this way and that I needed to sign up and deposit money first. Trusting their guidance, I registered and made my deposit—but it’s been 10 days and absolutely nothing has happened.
Customer support has been completely unhelpful. They tell you to reach out via Gmail, but when you do, it takes two days just to get a vague response like “please wait, the transaction is still being processed.” I’ve waited long enough. A deposit transaction should not take 10 days. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I demand an immediate update and resolution. If my funds are not credited right away, I will escalate this issue publicly and legally. It’s time 888Starz starts taking responsibility and treating users with transparency and urgency.
