888Starz Did Not Credit My Deposit for a Week

I’ve had yet another issue with 888Starz. For an entire week, they haven’t credited a ₺1,000 deposit to my account, even though I have all the receipts as proof. I also have emails from them admitting their mistake. Despite repeatedly warning them, no correction has been made. What frustrates me even more is the complete lack of urgency or accountability from their support team. This is the second time I’ve been mistreated on this platform. A full week has passed, and even though they acknowledged the error, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

I made a new investment and they didn't credit it to my account either. Don't play on this site.
