I Got Blocked from My 7Slots Account Before Receiving My ₺50,000 Winnings

Today, my 7Slots account with the username “1***” was suddenly and permanently blocked without any warning or explanation. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had been waiting for over 10 days to receive a payout of my ₺50,000 balance. During that period, I was able to access the games and all other features of the platform without issue—except the payout, which kept getting delayed with no valid reason.

I contacted customer service multiple times during those 10 days, but all I received were vague responses and excuses. Eventually, I was told that my account was closed due to allegedly opening a secondary backup account, which is completely false. I’ve always used only one account, registered under my name, and never violated any rules.

Now, not only is my account blocked, but I am also being denied the money I rightfully won and earned. This is absolutely unacceptable.
