On September 24, 2025, I made a deposit on the 7slots site using my credit card (virtual card). Today is September 29, and I still cannot access the money I deposited. The email address registered to my account is d**@gmail.com. While no verification was requested at the time of deposit, after the transaction they demanded verification documents. I submitted all of the documents completely and under my own name, yet they keep rejecting them.
I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all — they were dismissive and offered no solution. This was my first time using this site, and because of this negative experience, I will never use it again.
I am requesting that the money I deposited be credited to my account immediately and that my grievance be resolved.
