On 30 August, I submitted a 4.500₺ withdrawal request on the 7Slots platform via bank transfer. I provided all the required information and even received a notification stating “Withdrawal request successful.” However, the funds never left my site account and were also not deposited into my bank account.

During the withdrawal process, I was asked for an unusual amount of personal information, which I found concerning since this had never happened before. I contacted live support, and they told me “the money will be in your account within 3 days.” Yet until now, I have not received any further updates, and the system still shows the withdrawal as “successful.”

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I could not find any other reliable communication channel besides live chat. My username is k*. I demand that my 4.500₺ be transferred to my bank account immediately, just as quickly as other platforms process withdrawals. I also request clear and transparent communication regarding the status of my withdrawal.
