Withdrawal Pending Since June 10

I have a serious issue with my 4rabet account registered under the name Sandrojit H***. On 10.06.2026 I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 4,000 to my Punjab National Bank account. In the 4rabet system the withdrawal status is shown as “paid out” but I have still not received the money in my bank account, and it has been pending since 10 June. Although the platform shows the payment as completed, there is no corresponding credit in my Punjab National Bank account. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this, but instead of providing a clear explanation or resolving the issue, they only kept making excuses and the situation has not changed. I request that my missing 4,000 bank transfer be immediately traced and credited to my Punjab National Bank account, or that a clear and documented explanation be provided along with a swift solution. I expect 4rabet to take responsibility for this failed withdrawal and resolve the issue without any further delay.
