Withdrawal Marked Paid But Money Never Reached Bank Account
On 31/05/2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₹600 from my 4rabet account to my bank account. In the 4rabet system this withdrawal is shown as “paid out” but as of my latest bank statement dated 04/06/2026, the amount has still not been credited to my account. Since then I have been contacting 4rabet customer care every day. Each time, I am told only that the payment was successful from their side and I am repeatedly asked to send my bank statement in PDF format and similar documents. I have already provided the requested bank statement and all information they asked for, yet the money has still not reached my bank account and I am not getting any concrete solution, which is becoming a clear waste of time. I request that 4rabet resolve this issue urgently by either crediting the ₹600 to my bank account or reversing it back to my 4rabet wallet without any further delay, and by providing a clear explanation in writing of what went wrong with this withdrawal.
