Money Deducted From My Bank But Not Credited In 4rabet

On 10 February, I made a deposit of 2,000 via UPI into my 4rabet account. The money was deducted from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue, but instead of resolving it, they only told me to contact the bank. Since the amount has already been successfully debited, I believe the problem is on the platform’s side, not the bank’s. I have a screenshot of the transaction as proof and can provide it if needed. I request that my missing 2,000 deposit be checked urgently using my transaction records and that the amount either be credited to my 4rabet account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.

They finally told me that they cannot help me and asked me to contact the bank. However, the bank also refused to refund the money because the transaction was marked as successfully transferred. Now both sides are refusing to help me, and I am still waiting for my money. This situation is completely unfair and unacceptable.
