4rabet Payment Pending Despite Successful UPI Transaction

Today, I made a payment of ₹500 via UPI to my 4rabet account, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have full transaction details, including the UTR number 610460125342.
After contacting 4rabet support, I was informed that my deposit (UTR 610460125342) has been registered under ticket number SUP-1348233 and is currently being processed by the Finance Department. I was told that the funds would be credited once the payment provider confirms the transaction. However, despite this response, the amount has still not been reflected in my 4rabet account.
I request that my ₹500 payment be credited to my 4rabet account as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I expect the full amount to be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
