4rabet Has Been Holding My Deposit and Refund for More Than 16 Days

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with 4rabet because of the way my money has been withheld without any proper justification. On April 30, I made a ₹3,000 deposit through UPI, and on May 2, I requested a ₹4,500 refund, also through UPI. To this day, neither the ₹3,000 deposit nor the ₹4,500 refund has been credited to my account or returned to my original payment method.
My funds have effectively been stuck for approximately 16 days, which is completely unacceptable. During this entire period, I have contacted 4rabet customer support many times in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, instead of receiving a real solution, I have only been given repeated promises and misleading assurances that the issue would soon be fixed. Despite these statements, nothing has actually changed, and my money remains missing.
This behavior demonstrates a serious lack of responsibility and respect toward customers and raises major concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of the platform. I demand that 4rabet immediately resolve this issue without any further delays or excuses.
I insist that 4rabet urgently credit my missing ₹3,000 deposit and my ₹4,500 refund, or return both amounts to my original UPI payment method immediately. I also expect a clear, honest, and transparent explanation regarding the reason for this prolonged delay and the repeated false assurances I have received so far.
If my funds are not returned immediately, I am fully prepared to escalate this issue to all relevant consumer complaint platforms and authorities.
