4raBet Deposit Not Credited One Week After Successful PhonePe Payment
On 9 June at 12:56 am, I deposited 3000 to my 4raBet account via PhonePe UPI, but even after a week the amount has not been credited to my game points. The money has been deducted from my PhonePe account and I have the transaction reference/UTR number as proof of payment. Since the transaction, I have been contacting 4raBet support regularly. Each time, they only repeat that they are “monitoring the situation” and say nothing more concrete, without providing any solution or clear update. Despite several days having passed, my balance is still not updated and I have not received any refund either. I request that my 3000 be immediately either credited to my 4ra Bet account as game points or fully refunded to my PhonePe account based on the original transaction. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this delay occurred and why my complaint has not been resolved despite repeatedly contacting support.
