Unsuccessful Deposits To 1xBet Account
I am writing regarding two deposits I made to my 1xBet account via UPI FAST that have not been credited to my balance. The first deposit of 10,000 Rs was made on 4 June and the second deposit of 4,990 Rs was made on 19 June, yet neither of these payments has appeared in my 1xBet account to this day. For both deposits I have valid proof of payment, including transaction references and confirmations from my payment provider, which clearly show that the money left my account. Despite this, my 1xBet balance has not been updated accordingly. I contacted 1xBet customer support and they created payment queries for these transactions, but no concrete action or solution has been provided and the issue remains unresolved. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience and has affected my ability to use my account as intended. I request that these two deposits be either immediately credited to my 1xBet account balance or fully refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to share all transaction IDs and screenshots upon request so the issue can be investigated and resolved without further delay.
