1xBet Didn’t Credit My Deposit and Withheld My Withdrawals

I have a 1xBet account with the ID 1316667671, and I am facing serious issues with both deposit and withdrawal transactions. On 22/01/2026, I made a deposit from India using UPI Fast. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my 1xBet balance. To prove this, I have already provided all necessary evidence, including video proof and my bank statement, yet the problem still has not been resolved. In addition to this, I made two withdrawal requests on 21/01/2026 using IMPS to my bank account, in the amounts of 4,700 INR and 3,000 INR. These withdrawals have not been credited to my bank account. I also submitted queries through the payment query section and sent emails regarding both the deposit and withdrawal issues, but my queries are not being properly shown or addressed, and no concrete solution has been provided so far. I request that the missing deposit amount and both withdrawal amounts (4,700 INR and 3,000 INR) be fully refunded and credited back to my bank account as soon as possible. I expect 1xBet to review my evidence, resolve these payment issues urgently, and ensure that such problems do not occur again.
