1xBet Deposit Not Credited
On 12/06/2026 at around 08:32 a.m., I deposited an amount of 14,000 INR to my 1xBet account via Paytm using UPI. Although the payment was successfully processed from my side, the amount has not been credited to my 1xBet account. I contacted 1xBet customer support regarding this issue, and I was only told that the deposit was not received and that I should contact the bank. However, from my side the transaction shows as successful, and I have the UPI transaction ID and screenshots as proof of payment. I request that 1xBet urgently investigate this missing deposit and either credit the 14,000 INR to my 1xBet account or refund the full amount back to my original UPI source as soon as possible. I am ready to share the transaction ID and screenshots to assist in resolving this issue quickly.
