I Placed a Live Bet on 1xBet and They Canceled It Without Warning as I Was Winning
I placed a live bet using the 1xBet mobile app on the football match between Shelbourne and Qarabağ, betting on a Qarabağ win. The bet was accepted without issue. Then, right as the odds increased and things were going in my favor, the bet suddenly disappeared from my account!
I did not cancel it — the system did! I checked my betting history on my account (poojajabhatta****@gmail.com) and it just says “Cancelled.” No explanation, nothing.
I contacted customer support, but they refused to explain why this happened. If I had lost, I’m sure my money would be gone by now. But since I was about to win, it’s suddenly labeled as a technical "error"? How convenient for you, 1xBet.
