On February 13, 2024, I placed a bet on Union Saint-Gilloise's total shots (Over 12.5) for their UEFA Europa League match against Ajax, which started at 11:00 PM TR time. According to UEFA’s official website, the team recorded 13 total shots, which means my bet should have won.
However, 1xBet wrongly marked my bet as a loss, stating the team only had 12 shots. Their own terms and conditions (Clause 22.6) clearly state that they rely on UEFA.com for match statistics, yet they completely ignored the official data and refused to correct their mistake.
I even sent links and screenshots proving the correct stats, yet support dismissed my complaint, claiming "no error" and refusing to pay my winnings. 1xBet, follow your own rules and pay what is owed! I expect an immediate correction and payout!
