I have a problem with 1xBet regarding my withdrawal, which I want to complete through Instapay. On 12/12 I requested a withdrawal of 24,000 EGP. Since that date, about 14 days have passed and I still cannot withdraw my money in the way I chose. I contacted 1xBet support and the security email, but I did not receive any effective response. In particular, the security email does not reply to me at all, and the situation has not changed. My balance remains unavailable for withdrawal via Instapay, even though this is the method I want to use. I request that withdrawals via Instapay be opened and enabled for my account so that I can receive the amount of 24,000 EGP through Instapay as I originally intended, and that the lack of response from the security email be addressed.
