1xBet Froze My $5,750 Balance and Disabled Withdrawals
While trying to withdraw the $5,750 balance in my 1xBet account, my account was suddenly suspended without any explanation, and all of my withdrawal options were blocked. Just a few hours earlier, I was able to use my account normally, but access was suddenly restricted and my ability to withdraw funds was disabled.
During this process, I was not informed of any rule violation, document request, account verification requirement, or any type of notification. Even though I contacted customer support, I received no helpful response. My money is effectively frozen, and I have no idea why.
