My complaint concerns a missing deposit at 1xBet. On November 24, I deposited 150,000 TZS into my account and expected an instant top-up, as had always happened before. Until now, my deposit has not been credited in full—only 136,000 TZS appeared—even though the entire amount was debited from my bank account. I have used this payment method before and no commission was ever taken. I contacted customer support and received the usual response, “we will investigate this,” but I have been waiting for a full day and nothing has changed.
