My 1xBet Deposit Was Debited but Not Credited

I topped up my account with $200 on September 16, but my balance is still not updated and the money is missing somewhere in between. So how does this system work: you make a deposit, it is debited from your card, but never credited? Because that is exactly what happened to me. They debited $200 instantly, but more than two days have passed and it is still not there. If this is standard practice for the company, then I will be forced to file complaints about 1xBet everywhere I can.
