I have been using my 1xBet account for more than a year and have made many successful withdrawals in the past, including larger amounts that were processed within minutes. However, on January 11, I submitted a withdrawal request of 1,900 CAD via bank transfer to my BMO account, and since that date the status has only shown “being processed,” without any real progress or clear information. For the last ten days, the money has not reached my bank account, and the status in my 1xBet profile has not changed. I contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times, but the only answer I receive is that the transfer is “in progress,” which is clearly not realistic, as no bank transfer should take this long. They have not requested any additional verification or documents, nor have they given a concrete timeframe or explanation for the delay. This situation has caused me serious frustration and loss of trust, because I rely on timely access to my own funds and there were never any issues with this same BMO bank account before. I request that my withdrawal be processed and paid to my BMO account without any further delay, or that I am given a clear and truthful explanation and an immediate resolution so I can receive my money.

Customer support told me that delays are rare and mainly due to high traffic. Even though the money was safe, it was still scary to think about a scam or something similar. Yesterday, I received my money!
