1xBet Deposit Missing, CAD 700 Not Credited
On 15 December I deposited CAD 700 from my RBC bank card into my 1xBet account. The amount was debited from my bank immediately, but it has still not appeared in my 1xBet balance. Everything went smoothly on the bank’s side and the transaction is clearly visible there, so the money has definitely left my account. I contacted 1xBet customer support, sent them screenshots and a detailed explanation showing the exact amount, date and account, yet all I keep hearing is that I should “wait”. As of 17 December I am still waiting, with no clear information about where my deposit is and no proper update. The service has been terrible lately and I am left worrying whether my money is even safe, despite having provided all requested information and verifications. I request that my missing deposit of CAD 700 be immediately credited to my 1xBet account without any further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why it has not been resolved since 15 December.
The deposit is in my balance, I’m going to play.
