1xBet Account Suddenly Blocked With Pending Bank Transfer

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with my 1xBet account and a recent deposit. On 21 January 2026, I made a deposit of 250 USD via bank transfer (ABA) to my 1xBet account with ID 1013710693. Although the amount was deducted from my bank account, the deposit has not been approved or reflected in my account balance for 3 days. While this deposit was still pending, my 1xBet account was blocked without my permission and without any clear explanation. I am unable to access my account and cannot use the balance that rightfully belongs to me. I request that my account be immediately unblocked and that my 250 USD deposit be approved and credited to my 1xBet balance, or that I receive a clear and official explanation if there is any issue. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible and my access to my account to be restored.
