1xbet Account Restricted for 20 Days Despite Submitting All Documents

For the past 15–20 days, my 1xbet account (ID: 933505195) has been restricted under the pretext of a document verification request. I was asked to provide multiple documents including my ID photo, a selfie, site screenshots, and deposit receipts, all of which I submitted in full and on time.

Despite fulfilling every requirement, I continue to receive nothing but automated bot responses. I have tried contacting support via live chat, email, and Telegram multiple times, but each time I get the same generic replies and no real solution. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue—previously it also took an unreasonably long time to resolve.

I currently have funds in my account, and this ongoing restriction is causing me financial and emotional distress. I do not accept that my account remains blocked after I complied with every request.
