On February 28, 2026 at 06:33 I requested a withdrawal of IDR 2,400,000 from my 1win balance section to my BCA account. At that time I was informed that I needed to wait 24 hours. After 24 hours passed and the money had still not arrived, I contacted customer service again and was then asked to wait another 7 days. On March 4, 2026 I received a notification that my withdrawal was canceled and the funds were allegedly returned to my game account. However, when I checked my account, my balance was not there. I contacted customer service and they responded that my balance had supposedly been used up in casino games, even though I did not use this balance after making the withdrawal request. My 1win ID is 343578***. I request that 1win immediately investigate this issue, restore my missing balance of IDR 2,400,000 to my account or process the withdrawal to my BCA account, and provide a clear explanation of how this situation occurred.
