I am writing about a problem with my balance withdrawal on 1win. On May 20, I requested several withdrawals via bank transfer to my Opay account in my own name, ODUNAYOMI M*** A***. The requests were for 12,000 NGN, 10,000 NGN and 8,000 NGN, making a total of 30,000 Nigerian naira. Today it has already been 3 working days and none of these withdrawals have reflected in my Opay bank account. I used bank transfer as the payment method for all the withdrawals and I have checked my bank multiple times, but there is still no trace of the funds. My 1win account ID is 348728***. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I have not received any reply at all. I am very dissatisfied that my money is on hold without any information or feedback. I request that 1win immediately processes and pays the full amount of 30,000 NGN to my Opay account without any further delay, and checks my account and these withdrawal requests urgently so this does not happen again.
