Recovery Of My Account

I am a user of the BC.Game platform and I access my account via the iPhone app. As of today, when I try to log in, I receive the message that my account is “temporarily unavailable” and I cannot access my account at all. I have not used a VPN, have not logged in from a different country or device, and have not made any unusual changes, deposits, or withdrawals prior to this restriction. The restriction appeared suddenly without any explanation or prior notice. I have not yet been able to get any information about the reason for this situation because I have not contacted support before writing this complaint. My clear request is that my account be reactivated as soon as possible or that I am at least provided with a clear explanation of why my account has been made temporarily unavailable and what steps I need to follow to regain access.
