On 23 June 2026 at around 6:14 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹10,000 using the 1win Android application to my State Bank of India (SBI) account. In the 1win app, this withdrawal is shown as completed, with a message indicating that the money is in my account. Despite this, my SBI branch has clearly confirmed to me by phone that no such amount has been credited to my account. The status in the 1win application still shows the withdrawal as successfully done, yet I do not see the ₹10,000 either in my bank account or returned to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win support regarding this issue, but I did not receive a clear or helpful answer, and the matter is still unresolved. My 1win ID is 335596269. I request that 1win urgently check this withdrawal, provide clear information about what went wrong, and either ensure that the ₹10,000 is immediately credited to my SBI account or refund the full ₹10,000 back to my 1win wallet without any further delay.

have already visitedmy sbi home branch and spoke with the bank officials. They have officially confirmed that no funds associated with the UTR number you provided have reached my account. As per the bank, the transaction has either failed at the intermediary level or the UTR is invalid Since the money is not with the bank, it is still technically under your payment partner's responsibility.
