I played the “Balloon” game on the 1win platform and made a clear profit of ₺780, but the winnings were never credited to my account. Right at the moment of cash-out, the game froze and crashed. I immediately reached out to live support and explained the situation in full detail.

I've invested thousands of lira into this platform over time, with nearly every session ending in a loss. This was one of the few times I actually won, and even that got taken away due to a system error. I haven’t made a single successful withdrawal from my account since joining, and now I feel completely scammed.

To support my claim, I recorded a detailed video showing:

My stable high-speed internet connection

Cleared cookies and browsing history

Access to the game through official support links

The exact moment the game crashed after the win

The entire stake amount deducted, but zero payout

Support requested video evidence, which I provided. I even kept playing during troubleshooting and lost more money in the process. Yet, I was only met with generic, copy-paste responses from support bots. No real human intervention, no escalation, no ownership of the issue.

Now I’ve lost both my winnings and the original amount I deposited to play. This is unacceptable. I demand the following:

It is disappointing that you let the situation lapse and ignore the negative experience I am having as your customer. For such a large platform as yours, it must be difficult to spend millions of dollars on advertising, yet it is ridiculous that you reach into your players' balances with your unfair system and methods. I invite you to act with integrity. If instead of displaying such manipulative approaches, you made it a place where fair and honest interventions are present, I am sure you would become a bigger and more preferred platform.
