I Face 1WIN Deposit Issue With 1000 Not Credited or Refunded
I deposited 1000 into my 1WIN account on April 12, 2026, but I did not receive access to any game account or any usable balance after completing the payment. Despite the transaction being completed, the funds have not been credited to my account in any form.
When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the amount would be refunded within 7 to 10 days. However, even after reaching out again, I continue to receive the same repeated response without any actual progress. It has already been 2 days since my last contact with support, and there has still been no refund or meaningful update.
This delay is causing me serious inconvenience, as I urgently need access to this money. I request that my 1000 be refunded immediately to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear confirmation once the refund has been processed and a proper explanation for why the funds were not credited in the first place.
