I am a registered OPay user and I am submitting this complaint regarding an unfulfilled withdrawal request to my OPay wallet. On June 9, 2026, at 12:04 p.m., I placed a withdrawal request of ₦3,289. The amount was immediately deducted from my platform balance, but the transaction has remained in “Pending” status since then. My account is fully verified and there is no valid explanation for such a delay. Despite contacting support, I have not been given a clear timeframe for when I will receive my funds. I also have a transaction record for this withdrawal in my history. I request that this transaction be urgently and manually reviewed by the finance team and that my ₦3,289 be credited to my OPay wallet without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for the cause of this issue and confirmation once the funds have been successfully processed.
