Issue On My 1win For Pending Withdrawal
I am writing to report an issue with a pending withdrawal on my 1win account and to request an urgent resolution. On 22 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₦92,180 from my 1win account (Account ID: 359605766) to my OPay account with account number 2348131587224, account name Abdulrahman Yu***. Since that date, the transaction status has remained as “pending withdrawal” in the 1win app and has not changed or been completed. I have already contacted 1win customer support and submitted a complaint, but my issue has still not been resolved, and the withdrawal has not been processed. This money is extremely important and urgently needed for my dad’s hospital medication and treatment, so the delay is causing serious difficulties for us. I kindly request that my withdrawal of ₦92,180 be urgently approved and processed to my OPay account, or that you provide a clear and immediate solution so I can access these funds as soon as possible.
