1win Promo Code Problem
I recently created a new account on 1win and accidentally used the wrong promo code during registration. My account is registered with the email address would***[email protected], and I am using the platform from Ghana. I completed my registration today and only afterward realized that I should have used the promo code “AJ**”. Since the registration is already completed, there is no option on the site to change the promo code myself, and I have not yet contacted support via live chat or email about this issue. I kindly request that my account be updated so that the promo code is applied to my profile, or that you manually grant me the bonuses and advantages associated with this promo. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and help me benefit from the correct campaign.
Hello! Unfortunately, referral and promo codes can only be applied during the registration process. Once the account has already been created, the code cannot be added or changed later. At the moment, there is also no option to manually credit the bonus separately after registration is completed. We recommend double-checking promo details before creating an account so all campaign benefits can be activated correctly from the start.
