I am a user of the 1Win platform, and my game ID is 347854840. For the past four days, I have been trying to withdraw my funds to my bank account via bank transfer, but the withdrawal has not been completed successfully. Every time I attempt to withdraw, the transaction fails and the amount is automatically refunded instead of being credited to my bank account. I contacted 1Win customer support about this issue and was told that it is a technical problem; however, even after four days, the issue has still not been resolved, and I remain unable to receive my money. I request that my withdrawal be successfully processed to my bank account without any further delay, or that a clear and permanent solution be provided so that I can withdraw my funds safely and without repeated failures.
