I am lodging a complaint about my unpaid winning bet and the way my request has been handled. I placed a bet on an afternoon match about a day ago and won fair and square. My ID is 334***. The game has completely finished, yet my bet slip is still shown as “Pending” and my winnings have not been credited to my account. During the match, I contacted live chat and sent a screenshot of the final score to prove that my bet had clearly won. I also explained that I needed the winnings credited immediately because I wanted to use this money for the next event starting the same night. Despite this, the agent told me they did not have the authority to credit accounts manually and that the technical team would need 24–48 business hours to respond. Waiting up to 48 hours for a completed and clearly won bet is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable. I feel as though my winnings are being deliberately held back, which is causing me to miss the odds for upcoming games and destroys my confidence in the service. I request that my winning bet be reviewed urgently, that my winnings be credited to my account without any further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation as to why a finished and evidently winning bet remains pending for so long.
