1win "invalid link" Error Unresolved

On September 8, 2024, I made four investments of 500 TL each and one investment of 1,000 TL on 1win. I managed to turn the 1,000 TL into 5,000 TL. I registered on the site on September 8 and tried to verify my email address. I received a confirmation button in my email, but when I clicked it, I got an "invalid link" error, and I was logged out of my account. I then attempted to log in using a one-time password, but it gave me an error. After several attempts, I received another error due to too many tries, and now I can’t access my account. The live support is not responsive, and my funds are stuck in my account. I urgently request assistance from 1win officials to help me regain access to my account and resolve this issue.
