1win Has Not Credited or Refunded My Accidental $70 Deposit


I made a mistaken deposit of ₹6,000 today at around 1:54 pm from my Google Pay account, which is linked to my State Bank of India account, to the 1win games application. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and is shown as a successful payment on my side, but it appears as a pending payment in the 1win app and has not been credited to my game account. Since this deposit was made by mistake, I immediately tried to get help, but I have not received any response from either 1win support or the related payment support. I am very concerned because the money has left my bank account, yet I cannot use it anywhere, and there is no clear update on the status. I request that this ₹6,000 be refunded in full to the same State Bank of India account from which it was taken, as the deposit was unintentional and the amount has not been credited to my 1win account. I kindly ask that this issue be checked urgently and that my money be returned as soon as possible.
