1win Failed to Credit My ₹1,400 Deposit After UTR Submission

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with a delayed deposit on 1win. Five days ago, I made a deposit using Amazon Pay, and the amount has still not been credited to my 1win account. The Amazon Pay transaction reference number for this payment is 650727141069. Although the money was successfully deducted from my Amazon Pay, my 1win balance has not been updated for five days. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I was only informed that they need more time, without any clear resolution or specific time frame. I request that my deposit be credited to my 1win account immediately, based on the above transaction reference, or that you take whatever action is necessary to resolve this delay without any further waiting. my gaming id is 76260942 and i have made a deposit of 1400 rupees on 21 may 2026 through mobile recharge shop(third party) after filling the utr the money was not credited and its been 5 days since its not added, the customer support are pathetic, they keep asking me bank statment, the mobile shop owner is not sharing me the bank statement, at least 1 win should check with their merchants if my payment is succesful. And provide me a legit proof as I have provided them the successful payment slip. If my money is not added, then 1 win will go to lose all my channel members' IDs
