Because of these freezes and disconnections, I was not able to properly complete the rounds or receive the winnings I should have received. Many times I have noticed that my internet connection suddenly goes down exactly when I hit big winnings on 1win, which makes me strongly suspicious that something is wrong on their side. These problems have occurred while using both Wi‑Fi and mobile data. In one of these sessions, I won around $25,000 but 1win did not pay me this amount and instead changed my winnings. When I tried to check my betting and winnings history to confirm this, the history was not showing anything, which makes the situation even more suspicious and unacceptable for me. I contacted 1win support and tried to complain about all of this. They asked me to provide screenshots, but I cannot do that because they have totally changed or removed the records, so there is nothing visible for me to capture. When I ask the 1win support team to send me my full game history and to show me my crypto transaction history that they used in my account for deposits and withdrawals, they do not provide anything and avoid giving me these details. My expectation is very clear: I want my rightful winnings to be fully paid, including the approximately $25,000 that were changed and not credited. If 1win does not pay my winnings, then I request that they return all of my deposits back to me. I also demand that they provide my complete game history and all crypto transaction history related to my account. If they do not solve my problem, I am prepared to file a court case against the 1win application, because I have all my deposit history, including local currency deposits and crypto deposit slips that show the amounts I transferred to 1win. I kindly ask for this situation to be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
