On November 12, I requested a withdrawal of 480 USD to my Binance wallet. Right after submitting the request, my account was blocked due to alleged security reasons. It has now been more than 20 days, and I still have not received a clear explanation or a real solution. I contacted 1win support via email several times, but I keep receiving the same automated responses about security checks. No one has properly reviewed my case, and I have not been given any specific information about the reason for the block or the current status of my funds. I need a clear answer on whether my account will be unlocked so I can continue using it normally. If the account cannot be restored, I request that the 480 USD be processed immediately to my Binance wallet or to my Nequi account, which are my registered withdrawal methods. I ask for an urgent manual review of my case and a real response instead of automated messages.
