1Win Bet Locked My Betting Account and Ignored My Support Requests
I have a sports betting account with 1Win Bet with the ID 306171161. My account has been blocked, and every time I try to log in, I see the message “user blocked,” so I am completely unable to access my account. The last time I was able to log in successfully was on 23.05.2026. On that same date, I deposited 25,000 by QR code using my wife’s phone number. After that, my account was blocked, and I have not been able to use it since. I have tried to solve this by emailing and messaging 1Win Bet support, but I have not received any real help, and my account is still blocked. I am very disappointed that my issue is being ignored despite my repeated attempts to contact them. I request that my account be unblocked so that I can access it again and continue betting as before. I also want to be able to use the money I deposited on 23.05.2026 in my account.
