My 9-year-old child downloaded the 10 Minute English app after seeing a message that said, “First 10 days free, you can cancel anytime.” Believing it was truly free, they installed the app through our device. However, we were later charged unexpectedly—with no clear warning or confirmation. I immediately requested a refund, explaining the situation, but the company coldly responded that their decision was final and no refund would be given. This is unacceptable. The app's messaging is misleading, especially for children, and they should be held accountable. I will not let this go and will keep sharing what happened so others don’t fall into the same trap. 10 Minute English must refund the money they charged without consent!
