Zula PC Account Banned Again Despite No Cheats

I am experiencing a serious problem with my Zula PC account and I would like it to be urgently investigated. Although I have not used any cheat or illegal software, my account has been banned for the second time. Recently, when I tried to log in to the game, I encountered a “Your account has been suspended” message showing that my account is banned until 05.10.2026. I am playing the game completely normally and fairly, and I do not use any third-party program that would give me an unfair advantage or violate the game rules. Since this is the second time I have been banned despite not using cheats, I believe there is an error in the detection system or my account has been incorrectly flagged. I request that my account be examined in detail by authorized staff, that all records be checked carefully, and if no illegal situation is found, that the ban on my account be lifted.
