There are several ways to stop Zoosk-blocked users from contacting you:
• Report any new profiles created by the individual immediately. Reporting their behavior helps Zoosk track the issue and possibly suspend their main account. To strengthen your report and help Zoosk investigate, include screenshots of messages or profile similarities with the blocked account.
• Please also check if your Zoosk version has "Block All Future Contacts". If available, this option can stop the person from communicating. While it may not be available on all interfaces, you can check Zoosk's settings or contact support to see if and how to use this feature.
• Protect your Zoosk account with additional security measures. To prevent guessing, use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols in your password. If Zoosk offers 2FA, enable it. 2FA makes unauthorized access harder by requiring a phone or email code and your password to log in.
