I bought a pair of shoes from Zara’s website about a month ago, and now the shoes are coming apart at the seams. I’ve tried reaching out to Zara through their live chat support multiple times, but I’m getting nowhere. The first time, they took all my details and promised to send me an email, but I never received anything. Every time I try to connect with a representative again, the chat gets locked, and I can’t explain my problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when the product is clearly defective. Zara needs to take responsibility for this issue and provide a solution, whether it’s a refund or replacement.
