Zara Withholds $79 Refund for Canceled Online Dress Order
On August 25, 2026, I purchased a purple "Shiny Eyelet Midi Dress" from the Zara online store under order number 5484*****54 and paid $79 using my Yapı Kredi card. Before the product even reached my address, I exercised my right to cancel and submitted a return request through the system.
The Hepsijet shipping company reported that they returned the item to the seller on August 31, 2026, and the tracking screen also shows that the product went back to Zara. However, the purchase amount still has not been refunded to me since that date.
I sent an email to Zara regarding this issue, but my emails bounced back, and I also cannot reach the company through the contact page on their online store. So far, I have not received any information, nor has a refund appeared on my card.
Even though I exercised my right to cancel before the item reached me and the product was returned to Zara as of August 31, I demand that the $79 payment be refunded to my Yapı Kredi card as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this process.
