Zara Website Not Showing Return Option, Still No Label After Multiple Requests
I purchased an item from Zara’s online store, and it was delivered to me on September 9. I want to return the product, but despite being a registered user, the “Return” button isn’t appearing on my account. I’ve contacted customer service three times, and they promised to send me a return label, but I still haven’t received it. This delay is frustrating, and I feel like my request is being ignored. I expect a quick resolution so I can return the item and get my refund. Zara, please send the return label as promised and improve your online system for easier returns.
